Drop Camp

Can anyone recommend an outfitter in southwestern Colorado? I'm interested in doing a drop camp type hunt for elk during the fisrst rifle season in 2024. Looking at units 78, 77 & 75.

I have reached out to several outfitters in the area but for some reason very few have gotten back to me. Thank you in advance.

just so you know you can only hunt units 77,78,771 together and for those units my dad and I did a drop camp years ago when I was a teen ager and hunted with Backcountry Outfitters out of Pagosa Springs.

I was 16 and it was just my dad and I. It went good I shot at a bull right from camp but missed. Other than that the ride in and out and the camp it self was excellent, no issues. The staff were nice and no issues.
