man , I thought I had bad luck .
I seldom even bother to put in for the hard hunts anymore. just try for the ones with fairly easy odds, like cow and doe.
in fact I have been putting in for a cow hunt for 5 years and nadda while my brother has drawn that tag 4 out of those 5 years.
don't know what I did but I guess I am being punished.
