Actually this year because the 15th falls on a Saturday the NR deer and antelope applicants in Wyoming have until 5PM Mountain time on Monday, the 17th. It's right in the application booklet that when the date falls on a non work day they go to the next normal work day.

Unless of course it is leap year or a year when there is a lunar eclipse occurring in the first quarter of the year…lol
