Every year, when I head out west, the wife take a trip somewhere tropical with her mother. This year, her trip started righ after I got back, forcing me to fend for myself.

Tonight, I had to eat these duck kabobs. They were terrible

Ha! I am the cook at this house, I just usually don't do a bunch of wild game when she's home.. Guess it will have to be deer loins tonight. Life is rough.

I love duck poppers!! I use sliced jalepenos on mine. Every year my wife and I hold a huge 4th of July family bbq. This year I made duck poppers for appetizers. Some of my family won't eat wild game. Everyone of them loved the poppers. The plate got back to me (expecting it to have half of them left) and it was all gone. I didn't get to eat one of them. The little kids loved them!!!!
