No quicknick, I do not believe NDOW will allow you to buy a bull point and apply for a cow tag. I am not 100% sure since I never tried it. This year I tried applying for bull depredation and cow tag and the computer system would not allow it. So i applied just for bull dep. One of the few flaws of the NV system in my opinion.
