I currently shoot a 2016 Hoyt Defiant 34. Great shooting bow. Haven't had a chance to shoot any lefties yet because no one has them on there racks.

Shot a WY Shiras moose back in 2000 with my bow at 66lbs. The total arrow weigh was 475 grains. The shot was 30yds. He went about two steps and crumbled. The key is good shot placement. Your current set-up would work fine.

My draw length is 27 inches. I wouldn't be afraid to shoot a moose with my current bow set-up. Also I prefer two blade heads. I use the Magnus Buzzcuts 125 grain.
