Can anyone tell me the minimum age of when you can start building points for a youth hunter in Colorado? My father started building points for me and my brother when we were young but I can not remember at what age he started that for us and I would like to do the same for my kids.

I have another question if you don't mind. Does a youth have to have the Hunter education card when applying just for a point?
