After drawing a blank in New Mexico, Colorado is next in line! The official release date for Moose, Sheep, and Goat is May 15th... seems like I remember seeing my points go to zero after drawing around May 5th or so??? Anyone remember the exact date the last couple years? I'll admit, I've already checked my points totals a few times the last few day's

I'm thinking last year they stuck pretty close to the published dates to show draw results. The "back door" thing is a way to check early but doesn't allow you to check for 2nd choice draw.

My records indicate "backdoor" results for sheep and goat were available on 5/1 and moose on 5/8 last year.

Good luck everyone!

After last years royal screw up for the deer draw and subsequent redraw by the CPW they are most likely going to get a bit more tricky in hiding the "back door".. With that said remember that this is the internets and CPW we are talkin about = for gods sake nothing is hidden..

So what you will have to do to see your points this year = download the good old tor browser and look a the CPW deep web site silkroadcoloradobiggamepoints.tor and not only your current draws but any future draws you are going to apply for will be there... Weird stuff boys..

Just kiddin!

Last year it was "hidden" in a simple way in the code so most likely if you right lick where your points used to be then click "view source" and scroll down or look over the code your answer to if you did or did not draw should be in there.

Good luck to all!

I also thought moose posted on 5/15 but the CPW website is showing the end of the month with deer and elk on the preference points page?!?

Sheep and goat points have been gone for a couple days now. They must be doing some serious "cyphering"!

Yeah I think they got rid of the backdoor method by just getting rid of point totals for whatever they are in the process of drawing. As soon as sheep and goat are posted up I am sure they will hide the deer, elk, moose, and pronghorn.

Yeah, I noticed my goat points were just gone a few days ago and I'm in the desert sheep drawing so no points to check there. It's not surprising that they would close up the "back door method" as I'm sure that would just bog down the system with everybody in there mucking around.

That's awesome graybird. I'm still just seeing those species gone when I log in. Any ideas? I'm crossing my fingers for my dad or I to draw a sheep tag. I can't wait to find out!!!!!

Is it showing on the page? I am not seeing any points totals for sheep or goat in the bottom point box. it is still just showing deer, elk, and antelope.

Go into the system and act like you are going to purchase another license, like a habitat stamp, or something.

At the bottom you will see your list of species applications, which will have a 4xx something number. If this number has changed to a 5xx something, you drew for that species. It won't tell you which choice was drawn, but you'll know a tag his headed your direction.

My buddy's changed yesterday. Mine did not, so it's another point for me this year.

Damnation....I hope you are right about the 5XX! I just checked mine and a 5XX shows up next to my Desert Sheep application. Moose has a 4XX.
