No need to call. You'll get the list in the mail if you checked that box. If you didn't you'll have to wait longer until the public gets the list.

Got my deer tag (DM035O1M).

Dumb question: I checked the box for the leftover draw, but I am almost certain I'll draw my bull elk tag (EMO4401M). If I get the bull tag, can I still apply in the leftover draw for a cow tag for the same unit, or is the leftover draw only for folks who didn't draw the first time around?

If you get your tags you won't get the leftover list. You will be able to get a leftover tag after those who didn't draw pick first.

If you have a bull tag. You can only get a cow tag if it is a special tag, or on private property. They would be B and C tags. You can't get two A tags.
