What is the most exclusive game unit in the state of Colorado to archery hunt Mule Deer and how many points does it take on average?

I would think unit 201 & 2. 201 takes 15 NR points (this year)......unit 2 only offers one NR tag. Both units have quality deer with a better than average chance at seeing a mature buck. However, some of the best bucks are taken annually in high-country units that can be drawn with no or very few points.

In 2014 the hardest to draw archery units were unit 2 = 10 points, 10 = 6, 21 = 6, 61 = 8 (out of these units this would be my choice), 30 = 6, 60 = 7, 76 =5, and 201 is the winner with 15 points required.

In the nw units you will likely not see another hunter. With most places in 0 - 1 point units that is not the case.
