I wonder if he turned any of the good face ID video over to the police?
If you know them or where they live, I'd stop by at dinner and talk to them... or at least post their faces to publicly shame them.
It may have consequences for them, ie. job, family, etc.

the police would probably arrest him for crimes against humanity.

I believe our society has reached the point where these type people should be erased from existence. fines and jail time are simply not enough.at the very least, convicted thieves should have their arms amputated!
