This morning for breakfast I cooked the last of my deer meat Chorizo. It was great. For dinner I chicken fried some antelope backstrap. It was great too. Couldn't ask for a better day.
Christmas Day ...all game meat today!

When I got done pushing snow I took the blade off of my 4 wheeler and headed up to see if I could find a couple of rabbits when the sun came out. A couple of hours later I had my dinner.
It has been a while but I fired up the dutch oven and browned the rabbits and then put in a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer for a couple of hours. It was delicious.

I had Christmas ham and Elk Steaks! You can bet there were some leftover... but it was not the Elk Steaks!
