bull killed by cops???

whats the story behind this? i heard two cops were busted for poaching a bull??? that a media influinced writting or is it true?

This is true. Story is still developing, but two cops said the elk was injured and one of the officers shot the elk with a shotgun. The other officer was off duty and came and loaded the elk in his pickup. He then took it home to process the meat. In addition the off duty officer supposedly has a taxidermy business as well. Niether one of the officers reported the incident. To make matters worse, the elk was killed in North Boulder which has many animal rights activist in the area. It is big news here in Colorado. The residence in Boulder even went as far as having a candle light vigil for the elk.
Both officers are now facing felony charges for poaching and other criminal activity as they should!

wow, yeah they should be helfd accountable. a candle light for the elk eah? hahaha, people never fail to amuse me.

It never seems to fail, guys get a badge on there chest n think there above the rest of us! If he was hurt its one thing but they should have called it in. I'd say fine there butts n take away hunting license for a season or two

hell id go far as to say they be removed from the police force. they are held to a hgher standard, not ok. not calling it in was the first sign of foul play.

Now they have evidence through text messages that sounds like they were planning it all along. They will be kicked off the police squad if convicted.
