My family and I love making pulled meat sandwiches, especially when it is from sweet shoulder meat

This week, that big shoulder on the top of the pile, braised all day in stock (that jar in the fridge door) and beer, with sliced onions and garlic. The meat is removed and the juice strained (the liquid goes in a rissotto this week) and the solids are wizzed up with the bamix to make a sauce to put on the pulled meat. A bit of salt and pepper and maybe a dab of hot sweet chili sauce and we are in heaven.
