Good God CC, that single slice alone looks like 4,000 calories. That's what makes it good though. Marcus...don't even attempt this (as much as we all want to.)
My wife only makes it once or twice a year and usually when we have company, that way I only get a slice or 2. If you like Baileys ( I do in coffee around a campfire), you'll love this!

I am a person who can just look at the picture and gain 5 lbs anymore.

There was a time when I could of sat down and ate the whole thing without gaining anything other than a smile on my face for doing so.

Even a few deserts that I really like I try and avoid anymore just for the same reason.

What an interesting thread and I appreciate the insight. I honestly thought the economy was exploding everywhere. I am in banking and in western Montana and it is absolutely insane. Prices for everything is through the roof and folks just keep paying them. My wife drove by the county line last week and where it says “Welcome to Ravalli County”, someone had hung a no vacancy sign up. Haha. Love it.

I recently heard where a 440 sq foot cabin sold here for $160,000. couldn't have got more then $80,000 or so a couple years ago and probly lucky to get $ 40,000 back when the kenyan was pres.

it is insane! I almost pity some of the folks who are buying right now .........almost. I expect many ,many ,many great deals in a couple years when this bubble breaks . and be sure .... it will break. the insanity is unsustainable and every house of cards will fall.

Definitely booming here in central Oregon. It’s stupid how expensive a house is these days, starter houses are in the $300,000’s what young couple in their twenties can afford that? I see more and more homeless every year, the outside money is driving cost so high locals can’t keep up. I would sell and move to another state if I could convince my wife. It amazes me how many people want to move to such a liberal state, if I were to move from California or Washington I would go east. They don’t want to live in the screwed up state they left but they bring with them the same ideals. The cancer is spreading like the wildfires we had recently with no relief in sight. If I ever do get to move to Idaho, Wyoming, Montana or anywhere I will not let anyone know I’m from Oregon, it’s a damn embarrassment now.

NW Wyoming is doing OK, but a lot of other portions of the state are still struggling. Mineral production reports are looking rough, even in sections that usually produce consistently.
Everything will be fine with oil, gas and coal after Biden cuts off all subsidies and fuel/electricity prices skyrocket. $4.00 a gallon gasoline, just like when Obummer was in office. Happy days!
