I checked out Nevadas website today and went through the second draw process just to get familiar with it. I thought I read that bonus points stopped being sold mid may but on the application it allows me to buy an antlered mule deer point? Anyone familiar with Nevada care to chime in and let me know if that is correct? Would definitely like to go ahead and get a point if possible

Went ahead and got the point. I emailed them a copy of my hunters safety from here in VA yesterday and they updated it today. They seem very efficient so far

Nevada isn't bad from an application standpoint. As things do, over time and as contracts change I expect we will see ebbs and flows there just like everywhere else.

The reason you could still buy a point was there were tags available in the second draw for that hunt type ie. antlered mule deer. Remember too that if you draw in the second draw it uses your points for that type hunt.
