Hi everybody,

Does any body know if bonus points expire in Utah? Is it after 2 years of not applying or buying points? Or do they never expire? I have spent time looking and cannot find anything about it. Trying to figure out what I want to do this year?

I believe bonus points do not expire in Utah until you draw a permit, once you draw a permit, your points revert to 0. You can apply for points only in Utah.

Thanks guys. That is what I kept reading but just could not believe that they would let you not put in for years and keep your points.

They tried to take them away a few years ago and it was challenged and changed back to no expiration. I am glad. If you buy points they should not be able to take them away.

That is nice. In Wyoming if you don't put in or buy a point for 2 years you lose all your previous points.

Montana too. Five years in AZ and CA, 10 years in CO.
