Bison Hunt

Back in May I posted that my wife had drawn a bull bison tag here in Wyoming. Here are some pictures with a very happy lady.

Stig…that is an awesome bull. How's the meat from that bull? I have been thinking a freezer full of bison would be awesome.

Thanks for the nice remarks everybody. One bark out of the 7MM--175 grain core-lokt was all it took to put the big boy on the ground. I'll try to give a full write-up later. The meat is by far the best game meat I have ever had....and definitely filled up one of my deep freezes.
