Yeah we are at 3.29/lb on prime and 2.98/lb on choice for the whole briskets. I believe flats are going for 4.48 or something like that

Frys, (Kroger) has the hole brisket in bag for $2.47lb this week.
I'm all over it!!

We are back to below $4.00/lb just about everywhere. Hoping that I can smoke one here soon before it gets too cold.

Picked up 2 more yesterday for $1.99 a lb. Smoking 2 this weekend so I'll have 2 for another day

I have one left that I am saving for next month's deer hunting trip to Wyoming. I am going to get it smoked and finished just before I leave. Wrap it in foil and vacume seal it so I can reheat it for one of our dinners. I am going to check our local meat markets and see about any more on sale.

Found an inexpensive Eye of Round and smoked it for Labor Day.
Sliced leftovers for sandwiches and vacuum sealed them.
