no problem. Get your ammo from out of state. Border checks? No problem. Have a muslim bring it in, or a spanish appearing person, they wouldn't dare check them , they'd be accused of being racist or profiling. No offense to muslims or spanish heritage, just telling the truth. If california wants to be safer from guns, lock up criminals, treat the mentally ill, and support our law enforcement and military
couldnt have said it any better!

We reload for only this reason, left to my choice I would buy factory ammo. I don't know of any reloading supplies we need to buy at this time. There has been an effort to build supplies since the fanatics have been in charge. We need a new leader with common sense.

They need to look south of the border. Mexico has way stricter gun and ammo laws and has for years. You get caught with a gun of any kind down there and you will go straight to prison for a long time. Look at all the mass murders going on there. The people are at the mercy of the cartels and the corrupt government. It's so bad they all want to come here.

Where is the loop hole? I'm sure there is one. What about buying online from out of state? They wont require background checks...or is that outlawed? Somewhere like Midway?
Damn California and regulations! Just standby the govt will take care of us all. Smh...liberals will kill us all. We will implode from the inside, won't have to worry about foreign threats. Biggest threat we have is the CRAZIES running this country in the ground!

Quite likely you will not be able to order on line and have it shipped to California or it will need to go to a person or shop that will do the background check for them.

Won't be able to purchase online and can't buy ammo in other states and bring it to California. From what I've heard, it's only when you buy bulk ammo that they will require background checks.

I actually read it and if you buy online it has to be shipped to a licensed dealer for backround check and pick up. You will have to pay for it too. You will need a backround check to complete any purchase. Man, I don't miss Ca.

That's the part that p***es me off more than anything else: The government is going to their damndest to prevent us from taking care of ourselves, but they have no intention whatsoever of doing what they won't let us do, either.

F***ing idiots. It's the only way to describe these people.

All this will do is make people buy more ammo. No one is going to go through a background check for 1 box. They will buy 50 even if they dont need 49 them.

My friend, you could not be more on point. I have two years left here, and at that point, I'M OUTTA HERE!!! I've been a California resident my entire life, and I've watch it fall further and further into liberal madness.

On the sort of bright side, this legislation is going to be tied up in courts for a couple of years. So, guys, you have some time to stock up on what you need.
