Ya, somehow drew the exact same tag. You guys are gonna have a blast. Sorry for the slow response, I was on the road back from my ID deer hunt.

I was not drawn for javelina this year. Leftover list was just posted today and there are leftover tags in the units I had as my first and second choice.

I don't get it. Am I missing something here?

I'd go back and verify the hunt number that you had on your application.

If I remember right they changes some around this year. I know on my coues deer hunt number that it changed from what it was last year.

I had this happen a couple years ago, doesn't make any sense.
I never worry about drawing archery Javelina, there is always left over tags. I love hunting those critters with a bow I think its probably one of my favorite hunts every year.

When the NR cap was in place you could easily not draw and have leftovers but I they removed the Javi cap for the 2016 draw.
