Area 6 elk

I recently found out I got the area 62-64-66-68 archery elk tag as a alternate. I've hunted the area for deer in the past and found elk but it's been 6-7 years. I Can't find hardly any info on this hunt, is anyone willing to share some Intel? I'm not worried about finding elk, I'd just like some general info about the elk in the area and their behavior at the time of the hunt. Also I'd be willing to share info about bucks I see to someone with a deer tag in exchange for elk info.

I don't know the elk habitat in 6. You could ask on the Facebook group: Nevada Big Game Support and Information.

I have the deer tag. Planning a scouting trip the first weekend in August. I'll let you know what I see for elk.
