area 34 wyoming mule deer

just drew a tag for this unit 34 mule deer. Looking for information on area to research and scout. any info would be appreciated not looking for specific honey holes just general info to get started. thanks

I've antelope hunted the unit. I finally have what I think to be enough points to draw it for Deer. We didn't see a lot of deer in 2014 when we were there. I know someone that deer hunted it that year and took a pretty nice buck after 6 days of hunting. I am teetering on whether or not to wait it out for another unit, or use them in 34. Overall I think we were just in the wrong part of the unit for MD, and that's why we only seen a few. One deer that I did see I would have taken. Body wise he was much bigger than the other deer/bucks we had seen. He had to have been over 25" wide and real tall. Only 2 points on each side but he was a really neat looking buck.
