Area 15 (151-156) Question

Good afternoon,

I am new to these zones, finally drew. Anybody have any helpful information they wouldnt mind sharing? This is my first mule deer hunt and first hunt in these zones. I have successfully hunted cow elk in the past, out around ely.

Mostly curious which zones are more favorable than the others in this area(15), and any helpful tips on hunting mulies in general.

Don't bother with the Simpson Park range. There has been a ton of hunters there the past few years and they have pretty much ruined a good area for deer. The roads are a mess and guys everywhere. I've heard the same with the range to the west a crossed Grass Valley Rd. Good luck. Theses are in 155
