Holy F@!k velvet ! That isn't good. Was it a fixed blade I'm guessing or a mechanical ? Was surely shary enough !
Good luck on the rest of your hunt !

Well this is what happened on day one. My little brother accidentally stuck a broadhead in my calf as we were putting the sneak on a giant. So I ended up in the winnemucca ER with 7 stitches but after seeing that monster I am ready to be about there tomorrow!

Dude that sucks! Atleast we know that he was using a good sharp blade. That is the second time I have heard of that happening.
Everyone needs to be careful with Broadheads. I learned the hard way and isn't fun when you can only do certain things. The good thing is blood comes out of Sitka with just water!

Shot about 2 inches under a toad (and I mean monster) this morning at 55 yards. I don't think I will ever live this one down or stop replaying that shot in my head. Out for revenge next weekend.

How are the goats acting? I head out friday to give her he!! Last time i scouted they were almost territorial and would let me stay with in bow range for a while before bolting. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this begavior?
