Does anyone know if its possible to change your application from individual to group without withdrawing it and starting over?

You could try and call the Game and Fish, last year i was a party member and had to switch to a different party due to too many applicants in one party so I had to withdraw and then reapply. It was real easy,you just loose an application fee.

I think the problem you may have is the application period has ended, so if you withdraw, you can't reapply.

Log into the G&F website and go into the apply for a license section. Once you get to the page where you can choose licenses, at the bottom of the page it has a link to view already applied for licenses. Go into that and you can edit your applications.
