Anyone Shoot the New Matthews?

What are your opinions? Its really short.

It's very similar to the Halon. I know a lot of guys complain about a short bow not being stable enough but the Triax doesn't really follow that status quo. The larger cams make it feel like a 30" bow. I am going to enjoy the compactness and carrying it in the mountains.

Dan how does it compare to the z7xtreme? I?ve had my z7x since 2012 & love it. Just wondering if the Triax is worth the upgrade. I?m afraid to go shoot it. [emoji12]

It shoots well....smooth....no smallness issues at all. IMHO since about 2015 all the new models from all company's every year have never been more similar. I really think it's just a brand loyalty thing now more than ever. They are all fast, light, smooth, handle well and make an average shooter better. I thought very foregiving.

The Halon, Halon 32, and Triax shoot and feel different than any other bow I've shot. You will notice a big difference from your z7x. I remember when I shot the Halon for the first time. I was shocked how much more pleasant of a shot cycle it is from anything else I've ever shot or hunted with. It is hard to beat the original Halon.
