If you were able to hunt any unit in Wyoming for elk where would it be? For a 370+ Bull....
Red Desert? Northern Wyo? Other Units?

Whoops, I took the question the wrong way. I thought you were asking for advice. Hmm.. this is a really tough question. If I could get any elk tag just handed to me, I'd obviously pick one of the blue chip areas with the lowest draw odds. 58 still comes to mind, 61-2 would be right up my alley, 100 and 31 would also be great.

+1 on area 7, beings that i live in it and i've successfully shot an elk in there for the past 11 years, but i also have a lot of access to private ground, thank god for that, need to find some way to get away from everyone

If area 100 had 370+ bulls in it me and everyone else in Rock Springs would put in for it every year. The area I would choose would be area 124. It's a sleeper unit and holds big bulls.

I would definately choose area 124. Helped a buddy take a 383 bull out of there last year and saw several other bulls that would easily go 370+. I only wish I could draw this tag, I think most of the elk out there die of old age. big big bulls and nobody hunting them. all you have to do is draw a tag, thats the hard part.
