Antler or Not Antler

The question is: Region A general tag antlered deer off private land, any deer on private land. What are the WIA lands considered? Private or public?

It depends on the ownership. WIAs often encompass both private and public parcels.

Also make sure to check each individual WIAs rules, usually only certain species/tag types are valid.
