Look into table mountain outfitters here in wyoming.

Limit your search to the units in Wyoming that have a lot of private land in Wyoming and you will find outfitters, great draw odds, and quality hunting. The units that have "difficult access" (usually meaning lots of private land) have an asterisk "*" in the tables in the regs. Many of these asterisked units have fantastic draw odds. Here is a sample out of the 2015 Wyoming regs. In general look under the column "2015 Tentative Hunt Type", find a type 1 with an asterisk.
