Can you still draw 18 2nd choice? I know both have some accessible public land.

18 could not be drawn as second choice last year but was 100% with 1 PP on first choice. 17 can be had as a leftover.

Wyoming re-tooled their website to be much more interactive. I like the new feature that allows you to choose a species/unit and then see the unit on the map with an overlay of the public land. Pretty slick.

The new features are nice . thanks for mentioning it . I was on there just a few days ago and it wasn't on then.

Does anyone know how WY G&F qualifies units as difficult access? What is the threshold to be '*'?

I don't know that answer, but I thought 17 was more difficult access than other areas around Gillette. I tried it a couple years ago and a lot of the blm was closed from public access. Either blocked by private or leased out and no easement. I didn't research the smaller blocks a whole lot as far as access. There are lots of antelope there, but of the Gillette area units I thought that one had the least access if that helps.
