Hello to all, after a while of lurking around the forum I decided to take the plunge and join the conversation! Hopefully I have something worth contributing...
A little about myself. Unfortunately yes, I'm from Utah. I hope that doesn't get things off on the wrong foot, but it is what it is. I pretty much live to hunt. If I'm not hunting I'm thinking about hunting or getting ready to go hunting.
Being that I live in the west so far I have only hunted western big game, mostly deer and elk. I have a passion for hunting mule deer. But for two weeks a year all I can think about is rutting elk... I mostly bowhunt backpack style. Which means I enjoy going on long walks with my bow! This season is shaping up to be a busy one so far, I already have Utah and Colorado deer tags in my pocket and hopefully in a week or so I'll have a Wyoming tag too. Hopefully things come together and I can make the most of three deer hunts!
