In order to be that bold, I can only imagine what he got away with before he was caught. I am sure he didn't get caught the first time.

Funny thing is that it is usually a stair step approach. Get away with a little, it turns into a lot over time and then eventually get caught.

Did he actually buy a license in Utah? With the lifetime ban in Idaho, he shouldn’t be able to buy a license anymore in all the states have that are part of the WVCA, is Utah not part of that?
