Another self entitled poacher has bit the dust here in Colorado.

What a jack wagon !!!! He was doing this s$@t in my stomping grounds and stealing those elk from my kids.... Glad he got caught and the fine isn't to bad either, but still not enough !

I'm glad they nailed this clown, but who wants to bet that he just won't start poaching again as soon as he gets the chance-the guy's a criminal. I'll bet anything those 2 bulls weren't the first animals this jackball has poached.

One thing that a poacher doesn't care about and that is the law. Odds are he will be shooting elk again in the not too distant future even without a tag, which he did before.

This is where I personally believe that the penalty should be jacked up to a felony count and some mandatory jail time. Perhaps then they will get the message.

Sounds like he is a drifter. He does not care about the law, ethics, morals or what others think of him.
