Hello all. My name Mike and I've been viewing this forum for quite awhile and decided I should get more involved. I live in Northern California with my wife and 2 young boys. I'm fly fishing addict and hunt everything from ducks to elk. I've only started to get serious about big game over the last four years and started bow hunting this year. I even harvested a cow elk on my elk hunting trip! Anyways, I really appreciate this forum and all of the info and advice that is shared here. It has been a huge help to me.

I hope this worked? If so this is my first elk during the general season on public land in eastern Oregon this year.
I call myself a born and raised Oregon boy, but I was actually born in Santa Rosa and lived on the North Coast until I was 6. I'm heading that way this Sunday to pick up 2 guys in Fortuna that are going to New Mexico with me. Anyway, welcome to the forum, Sully!!!
