41-42 Antelope!

Headed to 41-42 for antelope next week!!! I hunted deer there a few years ago but all I learned about antelope there is I dont want to go where I hunted deer. Im thinking about going along the Nevada border in 42 and some of the wilderness study areas. If anyone has any info on this area they are willing to share I would really appreciate it!

lots of goats around grasmere. also lots of people hunting em. but it's a big country and you can get way from em. I would hunt to the west of grasmere(china basin area, if you need starting point).

haven't been over to south 42 in a few years and even then not much but didn't see many antelope over there when I did. but I did see some, so they are there.

I hunted around grasmere a few years ago and saw lots of bucks( most small ,couple bigguns) but just couldn't make it happen on the buck ,I WANTED , AND ENDED UP KILLING A DOE ON MY LAST DAY.

Thanks for the info!!! My biggest question has been where I want to be in relation to the Owyhee and South Fork of the Owyhee river because I believe I either have to come in from Oregon or go into Nevada quite a ways to get west of the south fork and go to the resirvation to get west of the Owyhee. Alot of why I was considering these areas is because access is more difficult. Im hoping it wont be as busy after opening weekend this weekend. Im hoping to leave Wednesday or Thursday!
