61 has a lot of bulls in the 350" class with a few that will go higher.

Likewise in 76 there are some great bulls to be had but you are going to have to work for them, not that you don't in 61 also. The roads in 61 are on top of the ridges and you have to hunt down and pack up.

61 produces 350" type bulls more so than 76, anyone hear of a 350" coming out of 76?

I watched two great bulls during third season several years ago run across the blacktop out of 40 into 61.

It's also the type of country you enjoy hunting, high country with fir and alpine or more of the PJ and oaks.

Factor in the elevation in 76 also...I'd do 61. Been in 76. If going guided then 40 over both.
I'm curious why you suggest Unit 40 guided over 76 or 61? I'm in similar boat and I just don't seem to be gaining ground on hunting GMU # 201.
