2025 prhunter NM Black Bear Hunt (Pt 2)

Second outing chasing bears in NM this season. For this trip I had to change locations since my initial unit closed due to the harvest quota being met earlier this month.

At this new location there was lots of bear sign around giving me hope for the days/weeks to come. Did some glassing and tried the predator call with negative results. More soon.

I was out for archery but couldn’t seal the deal. Got close a few time.

Rifle opens on the 11th and runs till Dec. I have lots of time to fill my tag.
