Anyone notice the antlerless deer hunts added/changed?

I think they got it part way right in area 6 having an antlerless hunt after all antlered hunts are finally over that may help the hunter congestion there but I am not a fan of adding the antlerless tags righ smack in the middle of both the earl and late deer hunts in 7!
