Post them here. I can't wait to get some cold weather to get out and do some callin. I hope to have a bunch this year. I did find a new spot and plan on going back and see what I can come up with.

I missed an easy shot at one on the chukar opener. It didn't look too spooked either, even after I shot. We heard lots of them howling up a storm all morning.

3 yotes killed here so far.
Only one pic

That sucker crawled in the log and I couldn't see him. Came back an hour later and he was still alive right there. So one more to the noggin ended him. I hit him a little far back then I thought. I walked within 6 feet of him for 20 minutes and I couldn't see him in the log or water. I got my waders on and came back and that's when I found him. Would of been funny had I gone in that log with him still alive haha

I've taken a few with my bow the past several years. Looking to get into calling and such later this fall.

I knew you where going to post some up VF you guys have been shooting at them all summer
Counting summer we have killed 4 this year. But a new pack of at least 5 has moved in. So we still gotta clean them out

Need some snow and some cold weather here soon to keep them moving all day.

Missed two elk hunting a couple weeks ago! Just put 15 coyote sets in the ground last night. Checking them Thursday hope to report back with some coyotes!

Shot a coyote this afternoon. First watched him out at 80yds. I made a squeaking noise on the back of my hand and that got him to 40 yds and that was all I needed.!! The Slick trick 125gr opened him up like a can opener!! Better pic on the camera.

It's a bad cell phone pic but this sucker ran across the road in front of us while we was scouting for my buddies late elk tag. My buddy slammed a round in and missed a broadside shot at 400yds. I spun out of the truck and got a rest on his toolbox and ranged a dirt mound where the yote was headed to, I had just enough time to dial the scope and send a hail mary at 670yds on the run and I mean a hail mary as he crossed the high spot in the sage. It was dark 30 and all we heard was the unmistakeable THWOP!! So we walked out to see what was what and there he lay I shot him just slightly quartering away. My buddy looked at me and said you can have my elk tag if your gonna make shots like that! I just shrugged it off like no big deal, but deep down in side I couldn't believe it!

I've pulled the miracle shots a couple times on yotes. I just shrugged it off like it was no big deal, and let my buddy tell everyone how great a shot I was later. I never tell the guy with me how lucky I really was to make the shot, or how many easier ones I've missed. I just play it off and go on.

Shot 4 this week. We had a young one in the yard under an apple tree snacking that ran under the propane tank twice when I went out to try to get him. Not a shot I'm willing to take. We lost a heifer that I moved into a field east of the house a ways, been sneaking over there and sniping them. I missed a couple longer shots with the 223 (55gr V max) in the wind this fall so with the carcass to hunt over I got some ammo loaded for the 6mm. I shoot 70gr ballistic tips with Superformance powder for 3750fps. I love that load, a coyote a couple days ago stopped and looked back at me over his shoulder. Not a 223 shot angle, but the 6mm handles it with ease. Had plans to go calling this weekend but the wind put a damper on those. I'm going to get more calling done this year though, no western hunts lined up and already got my buck in the muzzle loader season.
