2013 Antelope Leftover Licenses

I just checked today and the units with remaining leftovers are 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 29-2 and 102.
I understand that most, if not all, areas with leftover licenses have difficult public access.

Does anybody have the full list of 2013 units that had leftover licenses before purchasing started?
