Well, I'm happy that you got that second chance.

I've really only had one buck that I keep thinking about and that was in AZ 2 years ago. I doubt if I'll get another crack at him, but hopefully there'll be more. Until then, I'll keep dreaming about the one that lived on.

Bullofthewoods: long story short.... no never in my wildest dreams. One of those situations where you see it all unfold and realize you will never get a shot at a buck of that caliber again. Oh boy was I wrong!

In case anyone was wondering... Got it officially scored this past week. Final numbers: Gross 195 6/8, Net 191 7/8. He had a 1 7/8 extra point on his brow that took about half of his total deductions. Talk about crazy symmetry.... Any interest in other specific measurements just holler. Crazy to place my first trophy animal in the all time books at a young age, with lots of mountains left to climb and (hopefully) more booners in the future
