1st archery buck!

after 8 days of chasing some big bucks around and our trip about to end, I was finally able to harvest my first buck with a bow!

This was my first archery hunt for mule deer! i have bow hunted for elk the last 3 years and harvested one cow. This year my dad and I mixed it up and went archery deer this year and 1st rifle elk. I sure learned a lot about pursuing deer with a bow. I thought it would be a piece of cake, but didn't turn out that way haha. Here is a photo of one of the bigger guys we were after
