After it sits for a while see if you can break it loose with a breaker bar and cheater on the crank bolt. That way you won't burn up the starter and can actually work it back and forth.

I started to tell you about using ATF yesterday, but see you already knew about it. If you mix a 50/50 solution of acetone and ATF it makes a pretty awesome penetrating oil. Might work for you. Hope you get that thing running. I spent many hours on one during 80s and 90s. Good old tractors.

I have used ATF before, so tomorrow am, each cylinder gets a dose of it.
You ever tried putting a can of Coca-Cola or two down cylinders? I did this in high school with an old High Performance 327 i found laying in the dirt at the junk yard. I knew it had a steel crank in it and could sell it. One valve cover was off and i knew water and snow got in there. Dumped 2 cans of Coke in the cylinders after i got the heads off. Let it set for a day or 2 and she broke free and turned over. Amazing what that Coke will do to stuff like that. Makes you wonder what it does to a persons innards also! HAHA.
