As a non resident archery hunter I'm looking for units that I might be able to consistently draw and 151-156 appears to be one. The other units I'm interested in I've been able to find info. on but not much on these. Any wilderness areas in theses zones and any other info. would be appreciated. Not a trophy hunter, just like to see bucks so looking for more quantity than quality.

There is a lot of hunting pressure in these areas. I used to hunt it for years and one of my fav honey holes for bucks. It in the downward side rite now. I hope it will come back in a few more years. I had a few friends hunt there last year and where unsuccessful in filling tags. I would look into 154. If you really want to hunt in this area. There are some good areas to hunt and get away from the roads. I can't say that there will be a lot of bucks but I think if your will to get away from the other hunters you'll do fine. Good luck

Hunted the 152 part of the area 2years ago for archery deer. Lots of hunters, even in spots we had been to years prior without seeing a soul. Saw a lot of deer but no big bucks, I don't plan on putting in for the area this year but it is a huge area and like IKIC said if you get away from the roads hopefully you can find some. As with all of the units with lots of tags and favorable odds you are just going to have to be willing to drive a little further and put some miles under your boots. Good luck in your NV draw.
