13 years and counting

Well, I am officially going on 13 years and counting WITHOUT filling my elk archery tag! I'm not complaining as I get an opportunity to get out in God's country and hunt those magnificent animals every year but I was just reflecting on how long it's been without me filling my tag. I'm getting old!

In my own defense, I am holding out for a big bull so some of this drought is self inflicted!

Like i said, not complaining just was reflecting and couldn't believe its been 13 years. I learn something new every year im out and am so lucky to have the opportunity to hunt those awesome animals

Well thank you for easing the pain of my three year drought. At least I'm sure you find elk every year? That's where I am having trouble. Haha
