I noticed some more mule deer rut hunts proposed. This is good to see some opportunities for mule deer hunting in November.

Both are great areas but I would pick 73.

I have a now retired Nikon Monarch that won’t hold zero. Nikon makes a garbage scope IMO.

Haven’t spent time in 68 this summer but the trophy quality here in central Wyoming is very good this year.

The quality is still looking really good, definitely excited for this fall. We had one of the most mild winters that I can remember so I think that has definitely played a part.

I live in area 97, and I have seen some great bucks this summer. I haven’t been through 75 in about a month so not much help on that. We have definitely had more moisture than we did last summer so that’s a positive. Although the heat has been terrible.

And we need residents to comment in favor of a 90/10 allocation for all species.

General tag would be the way to go with 5 points.

I drew a type 9 archery only tag and my wife drew 22-1, so we are pretty happy in our household! Anybody hunt 22 in the last few years?

It is past time for a 90/10 allocation for all limited quota tags. Nonres getting 10% of limited quota tags is still more than generous.

It’s hard to contain my excitement. I wish the Game and Fish would at least post the draw odds a few days before the results since the draws have already been completed. It would at least give us something to stew over in the meantime :LOL:

Cant go wrong with the red desert units. 114 and 68 are also no slouches.

I agree the elk populations are growing considerably, which is awesome. But I do wish the deer and antelope could rebound.
