elkmo41, Yes it does. Im guessing that could possibly change when the final season updates are made available on 1 May. NR's will have until 8 May to change their app or withdraw it

Yea appeasing the outfitters but plus the state gets to draw interest on all that money they are holding for 4 months

bdan I like the fact they moved it to May. Yea the state is holding my money longer but I now can see what the spring count/winter kill etc looks like and plan accordingly
