My wife’s deer hunt quickly changed to a lion hunt when this mature tom came by at 19 yards. Unbelievable luck!

Her first Turkey from AZ. One arrow from 14 yards was all it took. One of the prettiest Merriam’s I’ve seen with the amount of blue on the head.

The wife and I were able to start the year off right with two good Javelina from our state of AZ. Fun times.

My son came up to bowhunt with my wife and I during the archery deer and bear season. He was able to finally arrow is first Coues Deer. Not a giant, but a 19 yard shot made for a quick recovery. I was still hunting and came across an ear tagged bear. It squared off and faced me at 30 yards...

Traveled to the land of Fruits and nuts and was able to arrow this old monarch of a Columbian Blacktail yesterday. Just an old warrior that will easily make P&Y as a forkie! Very blessed to be able to hunt him.

Opening morning here in the White Mountains of Arizona I was able to call in this gobbler for my adult son. An 18 yard shot anchored the Tom and he had his first archery Turkey. Good times on public land!

Mrs. BOHNTR’s first bear.......a big ol’ pumpkin head from MT. She was pretty happy.....and made a great shot. Of course the pack out wasn’t as enjoyable. :)
