Getting ready for spring and some local fishing. Looking at a pair of downriggers and some different rod holders on the boat I bought last year. Over the winter I bought a new fish finder and tachometer that have to be installed too.

Welcome to the forum. Spent a couple of years in San Antonio in the mid 60's when I was in the Army. Hunted whitetail and turkey. Also have a friend living south of Eastland and I hunt turkey and feral hogs with him.

Yep for sure, I learned my lesson last year om snow and ice. Fell and ruptured my quad tendon in my left knee. Accidents do happen, glad you didn't get hurt....probably a bit sore tho!

I read the article and the interesting thing to me is the BC government has a "use it or lose it" rule for the hunting lease. The envirornmental group says they are "using" it, but their "hunters" are not very successful. What a joke!
